本隐私政策适用于「汗堡包」iPhone 应用及其配套的 Apple Watch 应用与表盘复杂功能（以下合称「本应用」）。本应用是一款运动养成应用：您的日常运动让像素宠物成长进化。

本政策说明本应用访问哪些数据、以何种方式收集、用于哪些用途、保存在哪里、保存多久，以及您如何行使您的权利。
在您通过系统授权弹窗明确同意后，本应用通过 Apple HealthKit 访问以下数据：
收集方式：活动能量在您打开应用或进行锻炼时读取，实时心率仅在您用本应用记录锻炼的过程中读取；静息心率与 HRV 通过 HealthKit 的后台更新机制收集——当健康 App 中出现新样本时，系统会在本应用未处于前台时唤醒它读取该样本，以便压力状态与表盘显示保持最新。全部读取均以您的系统授权为前提，您撤销授权后后台读取随之停止。
此外，本应用会保存您在应用内自行填写的心情记录。
除上述内容外，本应用不收集任何其他个人信息（无账号注册、无设备标识符采集、无位置信息）。
以上数据仅用于本应用的功能本身：
全部数据保存在您的设备本地，保留至您删除相应记录或删除本应用为止。我们不在设备之外留存任何副本，因此不存在设备之外的保留期限。
本应用内容适合所有年龄段使用，不含账号系统，亦不会将任何个人信息传输至设备之外。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。若您是不满 14 周岁的未成年人，请在监护人的陪同和同意下使用本应用；监护人如对儿童使用本应用有任何疑问，可通过文末方式联系我们。
如本政策发生实质性变更，我们会更新本页面内容并修改页首的生效日期。变更后的政策自发布之日起生效。

This policy covers the Sweatpet (汗堡包 / WorkoutBuddy) iPhone app, its companion Apple Watch app, and its watch-face complication (together, “the app”). The app is a fitness companion in which your daily activity raises a pixel pet.

This is a translation of the Simplified Chinese policy above; in case of any discrepancy, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.
With your explicit permission via the system HealthKit prompt, the app reads active energy, exercise time, activity summary (Activity rings), heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), and VO2 max (cardio fitness), plus two profile characteristics — date of birth and biological sex, used solely to estimate your “fitness age” on-device (see use (5) below) and for nothing else. It writes workouts you actively record with the app on Apple Watch to the Health app.
How it is collected: active energy is read when you open the app or record a workout; live heart rate is read only while you are recording a workout with the app. Resting heart rate and HRV are collected via HealthKit background updates — when a new sample appears in the Health app, the system may wake the app in the background to read it, so your stress state and watch face stay current. All reads require your system authorization; revoking it also stops background reads.
The app also stores mood entries you log inside the app. Beyond the above, the app collects no other personal information — no accounts, no device identifiers, no location data.
Solely for in-app features: (1) computing experience points from active energy and mood entries to drive your pet’s growth and evolution; (2) showing today’s activity and vitality; (3) estimating a stress score against your own HRV / resting-heart-rate baseline; (4) if you enable heart-rate zone alerts, delivering local notifications on Apple Watch during a workout based on your live heart rate (generated entirely on-device, never via any server); and (5) estimating and displaying a “fitness age” on-device from your VO2 max, date of birth, and biological sex (a playful fitness reference, not medical advice).
All data stays on your own devices (iPhone and Apple Watch), synced directly between them via Apple’s Watch Connectivity framework. To render the watch-face complication, the watch app writes a snapshot (pet state, today’s summary, stress state) to on-device shared storage (App Group) read by the complication process; that snapshot also never leaves your own devices. We operate no servers; no data of any kind — health data, mood entries, or anything else — is ever uploaded, transmitted, or disclosed to us or to any third party. No third party can access your data: the app has no accounts, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no tracking. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and is never sold, rented, or transferred to anyone, including data brokers.
All data is retained on your device only, until you delete the relevant records or delete the app. We keep no copies anywhere else, so no off-device retention period exists.
You can revoke Health access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health, or in the Health app → Sharing → Apps & Services; after revocation the app (including background updates) can no longer read that data. The app displays today’s activity summary and your pet’s state, both computed from your records; workouts written to the Health app can be reviewed, exported, and deleted there. Deleting the app deletes all of its local data, including all mood and workout records. To access, copy, correct, or delete an individual in-app record, contact us at the address below for guidance; we will respond within 15 business days.
The app’s content is suitable for all ages, has no account system, and transmits no personal information off your devices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 14, please use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian; guardians with questions may contact us below.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Changes take effect upon publication.
