收集方式：活动能量在您打开应用或进行锻炼时读取，实时心率仅在您用本应用记录锻炼的 过程中读取；静息心率与 HRV 制收集——当健康 App中出现新样本时，系统会在本应用未处于前台时唤醒它读取该样本，以便压力状态与表盘显示保 持最新。全部读取均以您的系统 读取随之停止。

This policy covers the Sweatp iPhone app, its companionApple Watch app, and its watch-face complication (together, “the app”). The app is a fitness companion in which yo pixel pet.

With your explicit permissionprompt, the app readsactive energy, exercise time, activity summary (Activity rings), heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variabate, and sleep analysis; bodymeasurements (height, weight, BMI); and two profile characteristics — date of birth and biological sex — the boteristics being used solelyto estimate your “fitness age” on-device (see use (5) below). It writes workouts you actively record with the Health app.
How it is collected: acti open the app or record aworkout; live heart rate is read only while you are recording a workout with the app. Resting heart rate and HRV t background updates — when a new sample appears in the Health app, the system may wake the app in the background to read it, so youace stay current. All readsrequire your system authorization; revoking it also stops background reads.
The app also stores mood entries you log inside the app. Beyond the above, the app collects no other personal ino device identifiers, nolocation data.
Solely for in-app features: (1) computing experience points from active energy and mood entries to drive your pe(2) showing today’s activityand vitality; (3) estimating a “recovery / stress” state from your own sleep-period HRV, resting-heart-rate and rtogether with your sleepduration; (4) displaying your live heart rate on Apple Watch during a workout; and (5) estimating and displaying from your resting heart rate, body composition (BMI), recent activity, date of birth, and biological sex (a playful fitness reference, no

All data is retained on your device only, until you delete the relevant records or delete the app. We keep no o off-device retention periodexists.
You can revoke Health access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health, or in the Health app → Sharin revocation the app (including background updates) can no longer read that data. The app displays today’s activity summary and your pet’s state,ecords; workouts written tothe Health app can be reviewed, exported, and deleted there.
